Photography Sessions Are Very Limited – Book Today!
Charlotte’s Style: I absolutely love using my photography to bring joy and happiness into people’s lives. I feel so fulfilled when I see the delight parents experience when they first see their photographs. I love knowing that the images I’ve created will become priceless heirlooms for families in years to come. As their children grow, they’ll hold on to my images as a part of their memories.
It’s true that babies grow so quickly! It is imperative to professionally capture these fleeting moments before they’re gone forever.
My passion is in creating unique and memorable images for my clients that reflect the essence and personality of your child. From the moment you enter my baby studio you will be a part of a tranquil environment designed as the ideal space for relaxed child portraiture. Sit back with a hot cup of herbal tea and enjoy the experience as I create amazing fine art portraiture uniquely for your special child.
Capturing the peacefulness of a sleeping newborn baby, the new smiles of a 3 month old or the adorable chubbiness that comes with being a toddler is something I hold very close to my heart. I’d love to be the artist to photograph the special moments and milestones in your child’s life.
Child Photography Sessions
Locations: Sessions are held in my natural light studio. I prefer to use natural light for my photography, as it is simply the most beautiful light for child portraiture. Locations can be agreed upon if requested (location fee applies). Depending on weather and type of light, a session can take place under a shady tree, a park or near a flower garden at your home. Depending on the season we can also keep the photo/play session inside your home using available window light.
Clothing: I recommend layered outfits, rubber boots, cool caps or beanies, scarves, overalls, bare feet, blankets, swaddles and bare bum-bums for newborns! If you have any questions on styling the shoot, I’d love to assist! White clothing or anything with written logos is not recommended. For multiple children keep outfits coordinating but not matching.
Before the Session: Best for everyone to be well rested, nice and clean and well fed. If your baby is on formula, be sure to bring plenty to keep fussiness at bay. Wet wipes, extra diapers, baby brushes and pacifiers if you use them are recommended. If your child is not feeling well, it’s recommended to reschedule for another day.
Shortly After: Your images will be ready to view! An ordering session will be set up so I can assist you to narrow down your favourites and choose the best images photographically speaking. All prints ordered at this session will have an amazing 15% discount. Please feel free to bring friends and family if you’d like them to receive the same great deal! Approximately 2-4 weeks after your ordering session, a password protected online gallery will be available to place additional print orders. Once print payment is received, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of prints and 2-3 weeks for canvases. Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Cash and Cheques are accepted. Should you desire to order additional prints at a later date your images remain in our archives.
